The elite of Slovenia is becoming the state-of-art as regard the matter “corruption”. An economical crisis finely managed in the political scenario is frustrating the citizen provoking resignation in front of the ruling class. It is so possible to perceive an invisible tissue which links together the decadence of the politic and the economical crisis. Who did weave such tissue? In this landscape which – and for not few elements - is recalling the Italian one , recently it was noticed many times the name “Unicredit”. This bank is the giant bank corporation of Italy with solid presence in the Roman Catholic central core of Europe (North Italy, Bavaria, Austria) and in the East Europe (for example Poland and Croatia, where Unicredit controls the first and the third banks of the country). In other words Unicredit seems to be the true or among the most important financial arms of the realization of that old dream for a strong Roman Catholic fortress in center Europe, I just years ago named “Catholand”, demonstrating at the same time that the Intermarium project is not question of Angel's sex.
In September 2010 the Libyan funds “Lia” purchased further stocks of Unicredit becoming in this way the member with the largest share in the bank. The managing director Alessandro Profumo was dismissed because he didn't communicate the Libyan purchase to the president Rampl. Note the timing of the fact in relation with the next incoming “North African revolutions” and the present NATO war in Libya. In February 2011 Unicredit announced to assist the sale of the important Slovenian industry Fructal (beverages), owned by the group Lasko (beer). And finally Unicredit is involved with the clamorous crack of the Maribor archdiocese in East Slovenia. From an article – of course refuted by the church of Rome - appeared on the Italian magazine “L'Espresso”, the diocese suffered financial losses for 800 (eight hundreds) millions of Euro. Take note that the group “L'Espresso” owns also the local daily “Il Piccolo” which keeps the monopoly of the information in the Italian area alongside the border with Slovenia and filters the information coming over the border. Recently the “Il Piccolo” changed deeply format and structure, and probably this was another sign of the planned incoming change of color of the junta of the city after the recent electoral race. To note also that the “L'Espresso” group and hence the “Il Piccolo” daily are controlled by Rome via a Jewish front man, De Benedetti. This fact should make reflect on the importance of the tactic “make it appear Jewish” meanwhile at the same time there is a well complete different religious agenda to shake the stage. This detail reveals the delicate and great importance of the information in this area where the Council of Trent is fighting his battle for a strong, united Roman Catholic Europe. The result of the fight should not be a surprise, it is the final European papal union intended as a set of “national cages” (cages which imprison the individual inside a nationalistic imposed role; "nationalism" as interface/filter for the universalistic "immigration invasion").
Italian and Slovenian Fascist societies, from day to day, are simply two perfect example:

Agreements between Unicredit bank and Krek Mutual Funds society despite problems of the archdiocese are ensuring the safety of savings
Tuesday, 25.01.2011, 19:48
Maribor - After being raised allegations of financial difficulties of the archdiocese of Maribor and in the story it was also mentioned the bank Unicredit, from the bank it was reported that the savings of their depositors are safe.
Similarly also Krek company managing investment funds assured the public. At Unicredit Bank of Slovenia, in the press release, they explained that their bank has a risk management policy, which is in accordance with the standards in force in Slovenia, and in accordance with internal standards of Unicredit.
"Exposure does not jeopardize the business'
"It is not possible that the exposure to these groups could compromise performance or safety of Unicredit Bank of Slovenia," stressed in regard to media claims that the archdiocese had debts with the Raiffeisen banks, Unicredit and NLB.
Detailed information about your transactions do not wish to disclose, provide, however, that Unicredit Bank of Slovenia is profitable and is for the moment the only bank in Slovenia, which has fulfilled the conditions for using the advanced approach for calculating capital requirements for credit risk under Basel II, which was supported by the Bank of Slovenia.
On media reports about the problems of the archdiocese of Maribor, which should be reported to the Italian magazine L'Espresso was responsible for 800 million euros, responded also the Krek company managing investment funds.
"Capital Funds Krek are separated from the assets of the Krek company"
They explained that the Krek property funds are completely separated from the assets of Krek company and its affiliates. "As a proof, the poor financial situation of the company Zvon Ena Holding (Zvon 1 - avles), which since 2004 operates as a fully independent company, has no direct impact on the management and operation of Krek funds. With Krek funds it deals with pure estates with no credit commitments and is wholly owned by the holders of investment coupons" it was said in today's press release.
They added that the performance of Krek funds is supported by the fact that they had in 2009 and 2010 good positive annual returns.
The Archdiocese do not wish to disclose details
The Archdiocese of Maribor immediately refused the article of L'espresso about 800-million debt and explained that their immediate debt to the banks at the end of 2010 amounted to 17.4 million. They explained that the question with which banks the diocesi has debts, on the issue of the agreements to respect, cannot be answered.
At the same reiterated that the Archdiocese till now regularly settled its debt by the income from the gifts of the faithful, with income from dividends and from receipts from the management of its assets/estates, such as rent for the property and various interests. Similar plans in the future.

The Holy crash
by Emiliano Fittipaldi
ENR VATICAN HOLY CRAC from optical cables to porn TV : the diocese of Maribor, Slovenia wrong investments and lose almost a billion euros. Here's the secret dossier that shakes the Pope EMILIANO OF Fittipaldi There is a small diocese that has taken away a few weeks to sleep on the nights of Pope Benedict XVI. A church that holds a secret that could overwhelm the Vatican. This time it's not the American or the Irish Curia, implicated in the scandals of pedophile priests. Neither the Italian church, finished in the investigations of the judges on the "clique" led by Angelo Balducci and the alleged laundering of the IOR discovered by Bank of Italy. The basilica anguish Joseph Ratzinger and his trusted men, Tarcisio Bcrtone of all, is to Maribor, a town in northern Slovenia known to host a slalom race of the Ski World Cup. The city may now become famous for one of the worst financial crash in the history of the Church, the Archdiocese, as well as to feed the souls of just over 100 thousand faithful, has in fact launched in recent years at least reckless investments . Maybe it was the jurisdiction of the bishop (recently removed), has been the global economic crisis combined with some luck, the fact is that the church and the companies controlled by her have been able to accumulate good-ness of more than 800 million euros of debt. A hole monstrous that no one is currently able to cover: red is equal to 2 per cent of gross domestic product of Slovenia and, to make a comparison, is three times the revenue recorded in the last budget of the Vatican. The default is therefore very likely, and would have few precedents in the history of the Holy See. Many people tremble, Rome and Ljubljana: because the weight of exposure to various banks, including Unicredit, and Slovenian is involving about 30 000 savers. But how was it possible that a small archdiocese has accumulated debts worth about twenty years of a multinational? "The Express" has seen confidential documents and spoke with authoritative sources in Slovenia, which simply define the situation "catastrophic." First things first, starting from the end. By Quan *** The Secretary of Statc Tarcisio Bertone. Below: Pope Benedict XVI. Left: Fold the altar. A. • Benedetti Cates. B. • Bawcn Ptospe t, Gelb AFP / images do they perceive the enormity of St. Peter's adventures financial bubble caused by the Bishop Franc Kramberger. The discovery comes almost by accident, when in 2007 a television controlled by the Slovenian Church begins to broadcast pornography. Pandemonium breaks out in local newspapers. In Rome are concerned, because in those days, the Bishop of Maribor, the Vatican sends a strange request: he wants to be allowed to open two mortgages to 5 million euros each. The competent hierarchies begin to smell a rat, call lights to the Apostolic Nuncio to Slovenia. The ambassador of the Pope understands that hard behind the movies that the TV uses to defeat the priests is no other competition, someone starts to whisper and investments worth millions of exposures crazy. Archbishop Mauro Piacenza, then secretary of the Congregation for the Clergy, it begins to seek more detailed information to the diocese. Before the communications company T-2, the one with the Basilica of St. Peter-controlling the TV, then all the accounts and the various holding company controlled by the diocese. The answers come after months, and incomprehensible failure to act: it warns Piacenza Bertone and the Pope decides to send an inspector of confidence in Maribor to study the cards closely. Gianluca Piredda, an expert on budgets, arrives in Slovenia in early 2010 with the title of "apostolic visitor". It takes little to understand that the archdiocese is the failure of biblical proportions. His conclusions are shipped in a report to Rome last October. "The Express" is able to reveal the contents. The small church has bitten off more than you can chew, creating a large business empire that now teeters. The adventure starts at the beginning of the nineties, when the diocese of Maribor is the bank Krek (in ten years became the tenth school in the country, was sold in 2002) and a trading company (the gospodarstvo Rast). Skip a few years, and these are the two holding companies for investments and assorted business, the Zvon Zvon 1 and 2, in turn controlled by the Rast. The companies buy properties, other spa, make mortgages with the banks from which you are paying tens of millions, they decide to invest not only in financial and business safe, but also in areas of technology such as fiber optics and telecommunications. Only the holding company Zvon 1 has "long-term investments amounted to 416 million euros according to the report of knowledge," and off-balance sheet debt amounted to 524 million. "Nothing went as expected:" There is a real possibility-concludes the secret dossier "that all listed companies to go bankrupt. The consequences would be heavy. Among the investments of the church is all of Slovenia: 94 million shares of the bank Abanka pearls, Helios 72 million for the company specializes in materials construction, 13 million in company management Krek, 18.8 in Petrol (electricity, gas and oil), another 22 in the mysterious Cinkarna, whose core business is the production and distribution of "titanium dioxide pigments. There are also companies abroad, in Croatia, as the Sun Garden, which were filmed 20 million euros. The investment "over-critical, it says, is what the T-2 (120 million total), a company that is defined on the Internet, without modesty, "the Future." It controlled almost 100 percent from two holding ecclesiastical, and its activities are focused on telephony, Internet and television to their customers through a fiber-optic network co- *** A view of the main square of Maribor in Slovenia build it ad hoc. "And right now," says the coach of the pope, "there is no question that the acquisition of T-2 would provide a higher amount." As in a domino the crash could start right here: In September 2010 the Telekom Slovenia competitor has made a claim of failure of T-2, bank accounts were blocked and January 2, 2011 in Maribor, the court found to be insolvent. The company the Slovenian Church now has 30 days to submit a restructuring plan. It will be difficult to save the T-2, and at that point will need a miracle even to save the Zvon 1. Chain, the survival of her sister Zvon 2 (owned by the market for about 35 per cent share divided between about 30 000 small investors) is hanging by a thread: the off-balance sheet liabilities, in this case, exceed 189 million euros. If you fail the two holding companies, also the parent company will not escape gospodarstvo Rast . The situation is dramatic and has been exaggerated over the years, but Ratzinger and his entourage will be aware - this if the Holy See-say sources - only since few months. Bertone Piacenza and, after studying the report, have jumped on chair and tried to figure out who were the leaders of the mega-collapse. The first head to fall was that of the bishop, Monsignor replaced by Turnsek. The other co-author of the disaster has been identified in the figure of the director of economic Church of Maribor, the businessman Mirko Krasovec, treasurer of the diocese since 1985. "I firmly believe that our good faith will help us to overcome, in the spirit of brotherhood and mutual aid, this test," wrote the Vatican Kravosec in a relationship before being fired. We do not know if the prayers will help to save the Slovenian church, but certainly the letter describes well the skill of the men of the clergy and their Slovenian colleagues. To expand the "pastoral" and "humanitarian and charitable activities. and to open" new education institutions' operations have been made millionaires naive and imprudent. Business went on for decades and decades, but never that the Vatican was warned at the end of 2007 was asked permission for the opening of the two mortgages. "But the Holy See for each transaction over one million euros, must give a written reason to Vatican sources. The treasurer, in the letter, falls from the clouds: "I considered that the approval was not necessary ... It was thought that the limit for individual loans, not for the cumulative debt, and that these limits were considered only for the diocese and not to companies owned or linked to it. The defensive line of the Vatican, and Bertone, in particular, will cling to their non-compliance: without a green light from Rome, all Slovenian operations of the diocese - said the Vatican - are considered illegal by the legal point of view. In practice, the 30 000 investors, banks and other creditors can not claim on the Papal State: contracts with the church in Maribor will be considered as waste paper. We do not know what the judges decide bankruptcy. Certainly those who have invested in the company of clergy Slovenian bad risks. Small investors, in the first place. But also important institutions: the Nova Ljubljanska Banka, Slovenia's leading bank with branches in Italy, assisted the creation of digital television involved in the scandal porn with a loan for over 85 million euros, other banks are exposed to tens of millions. The church of Maribor could lose almost all its properties and assets as collateral: if the Raiffeisen Bank to grant loans got three shares, the cessation of some office rents property of the clergy, land and apartments, on loan to Unicredit 11.2 million church, and as a pledge he had - in addition to shares of the holding company Zvon 1 - the mortgage on the beautiful monastery of Studenice the thirteenth century and a laboratory of organ music. I wonder if after such a crash, the Vatican decides to change the music, with more stringent controls on the bishops and priests who improvised assault financiers. • It is the biggest financial collapse in recent decades.
